Directions from Fort Myers Airport From the airport follow the signs to Interstate 75 South. Countinue South on I 75 for 28 miles to exit 101 (Marco Island exit), Turn right at light (Collier Blvd./ SR 951.) and continue south for approximately 15 miles to Marco Island.
